Last Day!

On my seventh and final day in Zimbabwe I had very mixed feelings, I was happy to be going home, but I was sad to be leaving the beautiful country of Zimbabwe. I ate an early breakfast at Cafe Espresso where I had a coffee and an omelet. I then continued to my first destination, Chinhoyi Caves National Park. Here I learned that the crystal clear waters that were beneath me were proved by divers to be 100 meters. But it only seemed like it was a mere 3 feet, since I could see the bottom. The second place of my day was the Chimanimani Mountain Range to take an exhilarating hike and learned many different things about the environment of Zimbabwe and how mistreated our environment is compared to theirs. The last and final destination of my trip to Zimbabwe had to be special so I visited Lake Kariba, I went here because my dad used to take me fishing all the time and I hadn't fished in a long time. I had a lot of fun in Zimbabwe and I was so sad to board the plane and head home. I was taught so much by the culture and the way of life of Zimbabweans. And my trip, as well as my knowledge of Zimbabwe, was gaining in every way possible.
